Forum is a place for all of the people to share their experience , and discuss some interesting issue inside , whenever we talk about forum , it contains a lot of things , such as photo gallery , editorials , movie clips and so on .

Well , so, how to make a forum rise ??? A forum will only builds up whenever three of these people contribute in the forum , and for sure , show how friendly they are to the community and the most important thing is , be friendly to everyone , accept the opinion from any other people .

Well there’s 3 important roles that exist in the forum and they are administrative team , Forum Team and also Forumer.First of all , that’s Administrative Team.They are the one who make the forum , create the forum and to make sure the forum’s well going.
Talk about Administrative Team, as an admin, They have to receive the opinion from the forumer but not to reject them , that’s because some of the opinion might be useful , and , think about it clearly , if and only if the forumer who voice out their opinion doesn’t care about the forum , why should he do so (voice out the opinion ) he voice out , because he concerns about the forum , and he hopes that the forum can be better and better , so administrative team’s member should really concern about what’s the opinion from those forumers.

And , beside administrative Team , Forum team also play an important role in the forum . As for Forum team , they are Global Moderator and Moderator . Well , We have to be clear , a global moderator and a moderator are the one who moderate the forum . And for sure , like administrative team , moderators have to be friendly too . And they have to make sure that , the threads / posts are not violate the code of conduct / rules , if and only the forumers break the rules , warning will be given for sure. Rise or Fall of a forum , sometimes really depend on the moderator , ,Why???

Firstly , a moderator doesn’t mean that , he has to post a lot of thread in their own section .Give a chance for other forumers , and don’t ever show that you’re moderator and yet never respect the other , a forum need co-operation from all admins , forumers , and also moderator.Don’t ever forget , moderators are actually forumer too , they’re just like the ordinary people , but … they have the responsibility to ensure the forum is always in a “neat and tidy” condition.What’s neat and tidy mean ??? It means that , the thread doesn’t violate the rules and no spamming thread around the forum …And , Capable moderators have the power to make a forum rise , that is exactly true !

And the last , forumer , they are the most important members for a forum .Once they active in the forum , the forum will be rise in no time , you’ll see the forum grows when there’s 4-5 active members there.So , don’t ever isolate any new member that joined the forum , and yeah . show that he’s been coming to a right place , a place that he can stay , a place that full with friendly people , a place that he can voice out his opinion towards the forum and never get the bombastic flame back from the admins and also moderators~ And remember , every single member is looking for a friendly environment , but not a unfriendly environment to stay.

Last but not least , admins and moderators , are really have the right to contribute in the forum , and do remember , no power abuse allowed in the forum , or else , your forum will be fall in no time >.>
